Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you") and MadxStore ("we," "us," "our"), operated by Ruban Karthick V. By purchasing and/or using our digital products (software scripts, "Products"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not purchase or use our Products.

Digital Product License

Grant of License

Upon successful purchase, MadxStore grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the purchased Product(s) for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to the restrictions in these Terms.

License Restrictions

You are strictly prohibited from:

Reselling, sharing, leasing, or redistributing the Product source code, whether in modified or unmodified form.

Creating derivative works for the purpose of resale.

Removing or modifying any copyright or proprietary notices within the Product files.

Using the Product for any illegal or malicious purpose.

Payment and Pricing

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a purchase, you agree to abide by Razorpay's terms of service. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are final. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for our digital products. Please review our full Refund & Cancellation Policy for a detailed explanation.

Product Delivery

Our products are delivered digitally and automatically. Delivery is considered complete when the Product is sent to your email address or made accessible to you via our Telegram bot. Please review our Digital Delivery Policy.

  • • Clarifying the Product's intended functionality

NOT Included

  • • Customization or modification of the script
  • • Installation, server setup, or debugging your environment
  • • Conflicts with third-party scripts or software

Intellectual Property

All Products, including their code, design, and structure, are the exclusive intellectual property of Ruban Karthick V (MadxStore). Your purchase grants you a license to use the Product, not ownership of the intellectual property.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PRODUCTS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, BUG-FREE, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK ASSOCIATED WITH THE USE OF THE PRODUCTS.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL MADXSTORE OR RUBAN KARTHICK V BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu.
