Our "No Refund" Policy on Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our products (software scripts) and the immediate, irrevocable access provided to you upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Once a product has been purchased and delivered (e.g., sent via our bot or emailed), it is considered "used" and cannot be "returned." We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason.

Why No Refunds?

We maintain this strict policy for the following reasons:

Once you download or receive the script, you have full access to its source code and contents. This access cannot be revoked.

Our products are intellectual property. A "no refund" policy protects us from fraud where a customer could download the product, claim a refund, and continue to use the script.

We provide clear descriptions and features of our scripts. It is the customer's responsibility to read this information and ensure the product meets their needs before purchasing.

User Acknowledgment

By completing your purchase through our Telegram bot and Razorpay, you explicitly acknowledge, agree, and consent to the following:

You are purchasing a digital, non-tangible, irrevocable product.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the automated and instant nature of our delivery system, an order cannot be canceled once the payment has been successfully processed by Razorpay.

Exception: Defective Product or Non-Delivery

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to ensuring you receive a working product as described.

Non-Delivery

If you successfully paid but did not receive your product within 30 minutes, please contact us immediately at madxbots@gmail.com with your Transaction ID. We will verify the payment and re-send the product.

Defective Product

If you believe the script is defective or not functioning as described (i.e., has a bug), please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will investigate the issue and, if a bug is confirmed, we will provide you with a fixed version of the script. This does not entitle you to a refund, but to a working product.
