General Information
All products sold by MadxStore are digital goods (software scripts) and are delivered electronically. There are no physical shipments, and no shipping fees are incurred.
Delivery Process & Timeframe
🚀 Our delivery system is automated and near-instantaneous
Upon successful payment confirmation from our payment processor (Razorpay), your digital product will be delivered to you immediately.
Delivery Method
The product will be delivered via one or both of the following methods:
Via Telegram Bot
The bot you are interacting with will automatically send you the script files, download link, or access credentials.
Via Email
As a backup, a confirmation and/or download link may be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.
Delivery Timeframe
While delivery is typically instant, please allow up to 15-30 minutes for the transaction to be fully processed by Razorpay and for our system to send the files. Delays can occasionally occur due to payment processor approvals or network issues.
Failed Delivery / Non-Receipt
If you have not received your product within 30 minutes of your successful payment, please take the following steps:
Check your Email Spam Folder
If an email was part of the process, please check your junk or spam folder.

💡 To help us resolve this quickly, please provide your Razorpay Transaction ID and the email or Telegram ID used for the purchase.
Your Responsibility
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the contact information you provide (such as your email address and/or Telegram account) is accurate, valid, and accessible. We are not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect information provided by you.
